Shipping & Handling
All orders will be shipped within 7-15 business days. Given the estimated delivery times, you should allow 1 week within The Netherlands and 1- 3 weeks outside The Netherlands, for your order to arrive. If you need something sooner, please email me and we can make special arrangements. If it has been more then three weeks since you placed your order, please feel free to email me.

I have choosen to send my Oneyes out into the world with a secure way to ensure his safe arrival. You don't want him to get lost, right?

Shipping costs for 1-2 dolls are:

Netherlands (aangetekend) - 7,90 euro
Belgium & Luxemburg (registered priority airmail) - 12 euro
Europe (registered priority airmail) - 15 euro
USA (registered priority airmail) - 23 euro

All international orders are send by TNT priority airmail with track and trace possibility and delivery confirmation.

Returns/Refunds
All items on the site are crafted by hand, and there will be some subtle variations in each item. But that's what makes each Oneye so unique! It's especially made for you! However, if you are not happy with your order please email me to work out a return. You must email me within 3 days of receiving your order. Then please wait on my authorization email before sending any items back. (If you do not receive prior authorization, you will not be eligible for a refund.) After receiving authorization, you must ship the item back to me within 7 days of the delivery confirmation of your order. Items must be shipped via priority mail with delivery confirmation. I cannot be responsible for items damaged or lost during the shipment process. Any returned item will need to be unused and in resale mint condition for a full refund, minus the shipping costs. Please keep in mind that shipping costs are non-refundable. The refund will be done through paypal.

Payment
I have choosen to use Paypal to ensure a safe and easy way to make payment. Paypal is a safe, secure way to purchase items over the internet. The service allows you to deposit money into an online account directly from your existing bank account, or you can simply sign up at PayPal and use your credit card for payment. Your credit card number and financial information are securely processed by Paypal. As a result, you can rest easy that your information will stay secure and safe. When you have decided which Oneye you want and agree with the shipping costs I will send you an email payment request with a clickable link in it that will take you directly to the PayPal site so you can make your payment. It's easy and safe!

For people living in the Netherlands it is also possible to send payment to my bank/giro account. Contact me if you prefer this option.

Sales tax
People within Europe need to take into account that the have to pay 19% sales tax (BTW). Outside the European Union additional local tax and duty may be charged by your local customs. This is not included in the price.

Privacy policy
Your information will not be distributed or sold to anyone, for any reason. It will be used solely to process your order.
